Doctor Who Enemies

Most of us create a few enemies during our time on earth, so if you are a Timelord over 900 years old with the entire universe at your disposal its more than likely that you are going to create a few enemies here and there. Particularly if you have a habit of materialising your Tardis in conflict areas, and especially if those conflict areas are conflicts because of the presence of the Daleks or the Cybermen.
